Great apartment, very convenient parking indoors and out. Management responds immediately if there are issues

    At Uptown Brass, we welcome your furry friends with open arms. Here are the details of our pet policy:
    • Up to 2 pets allowed per apartment
    • Dogs must be 8 months or older
    • No breed or weight restrictions
    • $500 pet deposit (no monthly pet rent)
    • Meet-and-greet with owner required
    • Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required

    Responsive management, huge units with w/d in unit. Ample parking both indoor and outdoor. Rent has stayed affordable after several years of tenancy.
