What are the income and credit requirements to apply?
To lease at Uptown Brass, applicants must meet income and credit criteria. For one-bedroom apartments, minimum take-home pay is $3,400 per month ($4,000 for two occupants). For two-bedroom apartments, minimum take-home pay is $4,200 per month ($4,600 for three or more occupants). A credit score of 600 or higher is preferred, and proof of stable income for the past 12 months is required. Co-signers cannot be used to meet income qualifications.
What are the leasing policies I should know about?
Uptown Brass is a smoke-free community, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all residents. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside apartments. Proof of car insurance and renters insurance is required, and applicants must have no recent evictions nor criminal activity to qualify.
Does Uptown Brass allow pets?
Yes! Uptown Brass is a pet-friendly community with no breed or weight restrictions. We welcome up to two pets per apartment with a $500 deposit and proof of vaccinations. Your furry friends will feel right at home here!
